Can you have explanation with full capsule removal along with a new smooth saline implant placed?

I have had Mentor smooth saline implants for nine years. For the past five years I have had symptoms that I believe might be related to biotoxin exposure from the valve. I would like to know if it is possible to have the implants extracted along with full capsule removal, and have a new smooth prefilled saline implant (without valve) implanted at the same time?

I would not recommend immediate reimplantation with biotoxins from mold, as the mold will usually affect the new implants as well.  Some patients are able to be reimplanted in about six months after antifungals have eliminated the mold in the chest wall.
